Henderson's the better overall fighter, but it all depends upon who's more aggressive and who makes the first mistake. These guys are pretty evenly matched so that's what it'll come down to, mistakes & assertiveness w/their game plan. Should be exciting.

Rampage is the better fighter in this one. He has better standup, can take down Henderson at will, and is way bigger. Hendos only chance is the bionic fist.

I think you're wrong when you say that Rampage is the better fighter. I think Henderson has much more talent and is more well-rounded and should be able to handle Rampage with ease. I'll be surprised if Rampage wins this one.

I don't agree with everything Monkeyhead posted but Jackson is bigger and has better boxing skills, neither man is a particularly good kickboxer. Neither has great submissions either but I would give the edge there to Henderson.

In the end I believe the size and power of Jackson will prevail.

But

30 years involved in combat sports has taught me that there are no sure things when it comes to match-ups of this sort.
